Shipping policy

Aldric Voss ships all orders to addresses within the United Kingdom. We are committed to delivering your timepiece safely and with full transparency about timescales.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery: 8–14 business days from dispatch
  • Express delivery (where available): 5–8 business days from dispatch

Please note these are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur during peak periods or due to customs processing. We will always communicate any known delays proactively.

Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping on all UK orders — no minimum spend required
  • Express shipping: calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination

Order Tracking

Every order is dispatched with full tracking. Your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number and a direct link to monitor your parcel in real time. You can also track your order at any time by contacting us at support@aldricvoss.com or via live chat on our website.

Customs & Import

All shipments are sent with the appropriate customs documentation. For orders valued under £135, no import duty is payable by the recipient under current HMRC regulations. For orders exceeding this threshold, any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed collection or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipping costs in these circumstances are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost Parcels

If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at support@aldricvoss.com within 5 business days of the marked delivery date. We will open an investigation with the courier on your behalf. Aldric Voss is not responsible for parcels confirmed as delivered to the correct address by the courier.
