Refund policy

At Aldric Voss, we stand behind every timepiece we sell. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Your 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a store credit. To be eligible, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The watch must be in its original, unworn condition
  • All original packaging must be included (box, documentation, spare straps if applicable)
  • The protective film on the watch face must remain intact
  • The item must not have been sized, engraved or customised in any way
  • The return must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@aldricvoss.com with the subject line: "Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]"
  2. Include your reason for return and photos of the item in its current condition
  3. Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorisation (RA) number
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your RA number inside
  5. Ship the item to the address provided in our return authorisation email

Returns sent without a Return Authorisation number will not be accepted and may be returned to sender at the customer's expense.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3–5 business days of receipt), we will issue an Aldric Voss store credit to the value of your original purchase, excluding any original shipping charges. Store credits:

  • Are valid for 24 months from date of issue
  • Can be used on any product across our full range
  • Are applied automatically to your account and sent via email code
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Are non-transferable

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs clearly showing the issue. In these cases, we will cover return shipping costs and offer either a full store credit or a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items returned after the 30-day window has passed
  • Items showing signs of wear, scratches or damage caused after delivery
  • Items without original packaging
  • Watch straps that have been attached to a watch and worn
  • Gift cards or store credits

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If your goods are faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under UK law, regardless of our store policy.
