Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Estimates: Since we ship globally, delivery times vary by location. Generally, orders arrive within 7–21 business days after shipment.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a Confirmation Email with a tracking number.

Customs & Duties: Aurel Watch is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
