Orders & Payment
How do I place an order? Simply browse our collection, select your preferred timepiece and strap combination, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, please contact us at support@aldricvoss.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make modifications.
Will I receive an order confirmation? Yes. You will receive an email confirmation immediately after your order is placed, followed by a separate shipping confirmation with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
The Watches
What type of movement do Aldric Voss watches use? Our timepieces feature self-winding automatic mechanical movements. This means the watch winds itself through the natural motion of your wrist during daily wear. No battery required.
What is a skeleton dial? A skeleton dial — or open-worked dial — removes the solid face of the watch to reveal the mechanical movement beneath. You can see the gears, bridges and rotor working in real time. It is watchmaking made visible.
How do I change the strap? All Aldric Voss watches feature a quick-release strap system. Simply press the small pin on the underside of the strap connector with your fingernail or a soft tool, and the strap releases instantly — no watchmaker, no tools, no frustration. The full process takes under 10 seconds.
What strap widths are compatible? All Aldric Voss timepieces use a 22mm lug width, which is an industry-standard size. This means any 22mm quick-release strap — including our full range of leather, mesh and NATO options — will fit perfectly.
Are the watches water resistant? Yes. All Aldric Voss watches carry a 5 ATM water resistance rating, meaning they are protected against splashes, rain and brief immersion. They are not suitable for swimming, showering or diving.
How do I care for my watch? Wipe the case and glass with a soft, dry cloth regularly. Avoid contact with perfumes, solvents or harsh chemicals. Store your watch in its original box when not in use. For leather straps, keep away from prolonged moisture exposure.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original packaging and with the protective film intact. Approved returns are issued as store credit valid for 24 months. Please visit our Returns Policy page for full details.
Who pays for return shipping? Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service. In cases of damaged or defective items on arrival, we cover all return shipping costs.
What does the 12-month warranty cover? Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in the movement — including timekeeping failure, crown defects and movement component issues — under normal use conditions. It does not cover physical damage, water damage beyond rated resistance or normal wear and tear. Full details are available on our Warranty page.
How do I make a warranty claim? Email support@aldricvoss.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs. Our team will respond within 3 business days.
