The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 full days from delivery to return it. No complicated procedures. No unreasonable conditions. Simply contact our team at support@aldricvoss.com, receive your Return Authorisation, and return the item in its original condition. We will issue a full store credit valid for 24 months — no questions asked.

We offer store credit rather than cash refunds because we are confident that once you have experienced the quality of an Aldric Voss timepiece, you will find another piece in our collection worthy of your wrist.

The 12-Month Movement Warranty

Every Aldric Voss watch is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects in the movement. If your watch develops a mechanical fault under normal conditions of use within this period, we will repair or replace it — at no cost to you.

This warranty reflects our confidence in the precision of our movements and our commitment to standing behind every product we sell.

What is covered: movement timekeeping failure, crown mechanism defects, manufacturing defects in movement components, case back seal failure under normal use.

What is not covered: physical damage, water damage beyond the rated 5 ATM resistance, normal wear and tear, and damage resulting from unauthorised repair or modification.
